Wow, this really is a fascinating video - glad it is also a critical analysis. At first I thought it was a parody of Jacque’s circular cities but this sounds very serious. 500 billion dollars!?
“The main goal with the linear design is probably to attract attention.” - well it certainly did for me. Its a fascinating idea but very technologically optimistic, so I would love to see how this would actually work out. Still, nature on top, shopping beneath the surface, and no cars, sounds intriguing.
